Qatar Airways Announces Limited Flights to Doha Amid Middle East Airspace Disruptions
Travellers planning journeys to Qatar should take note of an important update from Qatar Airways. Following recent disruptions affecting parts of the Middle East, the Qatar Civil Aviation Authority has granted temporary authorisation for a limited operating corridor allowing selected flights to resume.
✈️ Limited Flights Available to Doha
As of 8 March 2026, Qatar Airways will operate limited flights into Hamad International Airport in Doha from the following cities:
- London Heathrow (LHR)
- Paris Charles de Gaulle (CDG)
- Madrid (MAD)
- Rome (FCO)
- Frankfurt (FRA)
- Bangkok (BKK)
These flights are currently available only for travellers whose final destination is Doha.

Passengers are strongly advised not to proceed to the airport without a confirmed booking. Due to the limited nature of these operations, availability may change quickly.
This temporary corridor does not yet represent a full return to regular commercial flight operations.
